Gemsaw-Polaris

The Gemsaw-Polaris is the latest development of BLS for Gem cutting-sawing-shaping. BLS has 20 years of experience in the using of lasers for the diamond industry, for marking, sawing, shaping The beam tilting will allow to cut with straight flanks on one side in order to minimise the loss when bruting and drilling diamonds. Our GEMSAW laser units are equipped, with the highest quality lasers for a perfect sawing and shaping job with a minimum of material loss and a very low breakage. The Gemsaw blue laser has even a zero breakage rate. BLS integrates several types of lasers in order to present the best solution for the highest quality sawing and shaping work, lowest loss of valuable goods and highest outputs.
