Automatic die drilling

BLS has developed an automatic die drilling unit. This unit has a feeding tray for 50 dies. Each die will automatically being picked up, measured, centred and positioned under the laser for further processing. Each die profile can be programmed separately or processed following stored profiles. The die will be processed and reinserted in the tray. The program allows choosing the drilling profile with definition of the entrance, reduction, bearing and exit cone.
