 Applications:
- Drilling of industrial diamond dies.
- A full automatic laser machine for 50 dies.
- Special drilling profiles with a cylindrical figure that is symmetrical around one axis.
- The entrance reduction cones must be trumpet like.
Solutions:
- A pick and place system will feed the 50 dies automatically.
- Each die has its own drilling profile.
- The exit cone is drilled first, the disc is automatically
turned, measured and the entrance cone drilled.
- The height and the centre of the die are defined by a high precision sensor unit.
- The die is replaced by a new one once drilled and the finished die is placed back in the tray.
